The membership
Billed up front and renews by itself until you cancel. Cancelling leaves it active until the end of the period you paid for.
Shipping
The month's envelope leaves on the 1st and usually lands between the 5th and the 10th. If something is lost on the way, we send it again.
Returns
An envelope you have opened cannot be returned. If one arrives damaged or does not arrive, write to us and we send another.
